1 ' /1""N car 0 RESOLUTION RE: ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS IN CARRIAGE ESTATES SUBDIVISION AND RELEASE OF NOTES AND BONDS FOR THE SAME. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineering Department has recom- mended that the following streets in Carriage Estates Subdivision be accepted for full maintenance and further that said streets be added to the Weld County Road System: West 35th Street . 26 miles 60 ' wide West 34th Street Rd. .08 miles 60 ' wide 34th Avenue .11 miles 60 ' wide West 34th Street . 25 miles 60 ' wide 33rd Avenue Court .18 miles 60 ' wide 34th Avenue Court . 08 miles 60 ' wide 34th Avenue Place . 07 miles 60 ' wide TOTAL MILES 1 . 03 miles WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineering Department further recommends that all bonds and notes be released. In about nine ( 9) months said streets will be inspected and a list of any deficiencies will be sent to you for correction . After you have notified the County Engineer in writing that the deficiencies have been corrected , this office will take the necessary steps to notify the Board of Weld County Commissioners that said streets are ready for full maintenance and they will take the necessary action . The demand notes were to guarantee street and/or subdivision improve- ments; however, the completion dates of these improvements are long past due. , The County requests a reply from you as to the status of the improve- ments covered by the demand notes. We would like to schedule an inspection of those improvements which have been completed to-date; if the improvements are acceptable, the County will release the demand notes.
