HomeMy WebLinkAbout20090982.tiffRESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1556 FOR A USE PERMITTED AS A USE BY RIGHT, ACCESSORY USE, OR USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW IN THE COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICTS (MECHANIC SHOP) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - LELAND AND JULEE RIDNOUR WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by Resolution #2007-0536, dated March 21, 2007, the Board of County Commissioners approved the application of Leland and Julee Ridnour, 4961 County Road 24.75, Longmont, Colorado 80504, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1556 for a Use Permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (mechanic shop) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, being more particularly described as follows: Part of the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 2, Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request from Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, by Ocwen Loan Services, LLC, to withdraw said application, as the permit is no longer needed and the plat has not been recorded, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, finds that this request shall be accepted.
