RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1667 FOR A
USE PERMITTED AS A USE BY RIGHT, ACCESSORY USE, OR USE BY SPECIAL
REVIEW IN THE COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICTS (LANDSCAPING
COMPANY) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - MARK BRINKMAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 21st day of
January, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Mark Brinkman, 9734 County Road 70, Windsor, Colorado 80550, do Artie
Geisick, 1212 8th Avenue, Greeley, Coloardo 80631, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use
by Special Review Permit #1667 for a Use Permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use
by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (landscaping company) in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District, on the following described real estate, to -wit:
Part of the NW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 22, Township 6
North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing, at the request of staff, the Board deemed it advisable to
continue the matter to February 4, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., to allow adequate time to publish a notice
with the correct legal description and have the matter reviewed by the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of staff and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be approved
and the matter shall be continued to February 4, 2009, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to February 4,
2009, at 10:00 a.m.
