Sorry this has taken so long. I'm not sure I have the authority to
vacate the CUP in question since this a WREN issue. I do know that one
of the original principals in that company is in Estes Park however.
Thoughts?

Per out conversation today, February 1, 2007 you agreed to vacate CUP 45
approved on 4-17-79. There have been no improvements to the land and
for whatever reason WREN decided not to pursue this CUP at that time.
I just need a letter from you stating you would like to vacate cup45 and
are not interested in pursuing it at this time.
Also per our conversation if you would like to put up towers in another
location you will more than likely need to complete a use by special
review permit located on our website, www.co.weld.co.us. You can go to
planning, land use applications, use by special review (usr). Feel free
to print that, highlight anything you may have questions on and call
weld county planning and we can discuss your options and how to complete
the application.
