You have contacted me to ask whether Anadarko Land Corp., Anadarko E&P
Company LP (together the "Anadarko Entities") and Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP
("Kerr-McGee") would agree to waive timely notice of a hearing on December 1, 2009 in
Weld County concerning the application of Heliberto and Teresa Perez for a special use
permit to allow parking business vehicles and machinery on property in Weld County
described as approximately one acre in the SE/4 of Section 27, Township 2 North, Range 66
West which is hereinafter referred to as the "Property."
For your information, Kerr-McGee owns oil and gas leasehold interests in the
Property and the Anadarko Entities together own the mineral interests that underlie the
Property.
This letter constitutes a waiver by Kerr-McGee and the Anadarko Entities to the
receipt of timely notice of the hearing in Weld County on December 1, 2009 pursuant to
requirements of Colorado Revised Statutes §§ 24-65.5-101 et.seq_
This waiver is limited to the Property and the timely notice of the hearing on
December 1.
