RE: APPOINTMENT OF JOHN M. WHEELER TO SERVE AS A MEMBER ON THE
WELD COUNTY HEALTH BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Weld County Health
Board due to the expiration of the term of Doris Deffke, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that John M. Wheeler be
appointed to fill said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that John M. Wheeler be,
and hereby is, appointed to serve as a member of the Weld County
Health Board for a 3-year term to expire on May 23 , 1982.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
July, A.D. , 1979.
