The decision of the assessor is to keep the value of our home at $245,065 even after reviewing many sold comparables way below this amount. We have investigated further and provide you not only the original sold comparables for your review but also the assessment numbers for these same sold comparables which continue to show a decline even based on the assessors values in our subdivision. This decline on these particular properties shows an average of a 5% decline and yet the assessor wants to value our property at a 9% increase!
