Phone Call
Upon a visual inspection of the property, I noted the
following items: at least 1 crane and other commercial
vehicles/equipment. No pictures were taken during this
inspection.
Cody Pickering called. He stated that the letter he just
received made reference to some other letter, but this was
the first one he received. I explained that I sent the initial
letter on 08/04/09 and then this one on 08/11/09. He said
he had the 08/11/09 one in his hand. I explained the
difference between the ZPCV and the USR
applications/permits. He stated he had some other pieces
of equipment that he has on the property that aren't utilized
commercially, but they are on the property. I asked him to
send a letter (or e-mail) with a picture of the piece of
equipment and I would take it to our weekly staff meeting.
He said he would get that done. I told him that I would
automatically inspect the property sometime after 09/11/09
unless I heard from him to inspect it sooner. He said he
understood. He asked me to re -send the ZPCV
application. I told him I would get it out in today's mail.
The Pre -Application Review was conducted at the Greeley
Planning Office. The planners handed him the Violation
Hearing Notification notice during the Pre -Application
meeting.
I left a voice mail for the complainant regarding the property
being scheduled for a Violation Hearing.
