On behalf of the Weld County Building Department. we are notifying you that permit number MFG09-
00047 for 14x60 temporary ticket office trailer was finaled on August 4. 2009. No further inspections
are required for internal improvements including window, office, break room, bathroom and counters;
uncovered porch and handicao ramp; handrail and accessibility requirements for the temporary ticket
office trailer associated with AMUSR-1268.

The Department of Planning Services has reviewed your request for two amendments. The first is for the
replacement of the "Ticket Shed" for a 14 x 52 foot office trailer with an internal lavatory for use by
employees. The second request was to add one additional "Pillow Jump" to the entertainment area as
delineated on the approved AmUSR-1268 plat.
The Department of Planning Services has determined these two amendments are not a substantial
amendment to the intent of the approved Special Use Permit. That being said, the office of Environmental
Health will require evidence of a Central Weld County Water District tap and evidence of an approved
septic system for the lavatory within the trailer. The Building Department will require building permit.
