RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1699 FOR A
USE PERMITTED AS A USE BY RIGHT, ACCESSORY USE, OR USE BY SPECIAL
REVIEW IN THE COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICTS (DOG AGILITY AND
DOG OBEDIENCE TRAINING FOR 35 DOGS) AND A KENNEL FOR FIVE (5) DOGS IN
THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - DENNIS AND DENISE COYNE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 19th day of
August, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of Dennis and Denise Coyne, 7746 County Road 19, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, for a
Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1699 for a Use Permitted as a
Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone
Districts (dog agility and dog obedience training for 35 dogs) and a Kennel for five (5) dogs in the
A (Agricultural) Zone Districton the following described real estate, to -wit:
Lot A of Recorded Exemption #1769; being part of
the W1/2 of Section 27, Township 2 North, Range 67
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to
September 2, 2009, due to the applicant's request for the matter to be considered by a full quorum
of the Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to September 2, 2009, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to September 2,
2009, at 10:00 a.m.
