Home My WebLink About20093403.tiffRECORD OF PROCEEDINGS MINUTES HOUSING AUTHORITY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO DECEMBER 28, 2009 The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, met in regular session as the Housing Authority Board in full conformity with the laws of the State of Colorado at the regular place of meeting in the Weld County Centennial Center, Greeley, Colorado, December 28, 2009, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order by the Chair and on roll call the following members were present, constituting a quorum of the members thereof: Commissioner William F. Garcia, Chair - EXCUSED Commissioner Douglas Rademacher, Pro-Tem Commissioner Sean P. Conway Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer Commissioner David E. Long Also present: County Attorney, Bruce T. Barker Acting Clerk to the Board, Elizabeth Strong Controller, Barb Connolly MINUTES: Commissioner Conway moved to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority Board meeting of November 23, 2009, as printed. Commissioner Long seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS: CONSIDER 2010 WELD COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY BUDGET: Tom Teixeira, Director, Weld County Housing Authority, stated there will be funding available for the year 2010; however, the final figures will not be available until March, 2010, and he will present the final figures to the Board upon receiving the information. Mr. Teixeira stated the proposed budget allots $260,304.00 to administration costs and $2,391,292.00 to program costs. Commissioner Long moved to approve the 2010 Weld County Housing Authority Budget. Seconded by Commissioner Conway, the motion carried unanimously.
