The two units are a joining and each has been evaluated differently, one with a price increase and one with a price decrease, although they are exactly the same. I have been doing the research for that area and have noted that nothing has sold or is comparative to this property. It has also been on the market for over two years. I believe the valuation of said property should be $96,794.00 as it was the previous year. Please contact me with any questions that you may have.
