To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in regards to MF-1025 for the Peace Haven Estates development. I have been working with Bob
Parsons, the developer, and Tom Honn, Planning Director, on the above referenced development.
I have received written confirmation from Tom that the Weld County Planning Department will note in their
system that the appropriate cash -in -lieu fees are due prior to issuing a building permit on these lots. The cash -
in -lieu fee due will be the amount in effect at that period of time.
This arrangement is in place for the above referenced project only. The District will continue to collect fees on
other new developments prior to final approval. If you have additional questions, please let me know
