Originally, we thought we'd like to try selling (cooking and selling) food ourselves. It was determined a month or so ago that we don't the the "manpower" yet to handle that much additional effort. I believe that either you or Dan are waiting for an email describing our food and/or what we plan to make and sell. We, Rotary Club of Mead, will not be making or selling any food. We have a list (short — I believe 5?) of food vendors who will be serving at our event. The chair for food vendors, Denise Rademacher, and Dan Joseph have gone over the licensing/special permit requirements for these vendors and Denise has all the paperwork necessary and will ensure all the vendors know of the requirements. Denise, please feel free to correct me if I've got this wrong. Jenny, please let me know if you have any other outstanding questions or concerns that need to be answered before the hearing. Attached are the two invoices for the insurance coverage. The liability policy covers the events of the day and the liquor liability. The Nationwide policy is the accident policy for the participants. Please let me know if you have any questions. We will order the insurance to be effective on 9/26 as soon as we have the premium.
