ACCEPT TRACT OF LAND
SW4 of SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 65 WEST
FROM MONFORT OF COLORADO, INC. :
WHEREAS, Monfort of Colorado, Inc. , has offered
a tract of land to Weld County, Colorado, being more par-
ticularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter
(SW'14) of Section 32, Township 6 North, Range 65
West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Weld County,
Colorado, more specifically described as follows :
Beginning at the center of said Section 33 and
considering the East line of said Southwest Quarter
(SW'14) to bear South 00°13 ' 20" West with all other
bearings used herein relative thereto:
Thence South 00°13 ' 20" West 664. 70 feet;
Thence North 83°32 ' 24" West 152.74 feet;
Thence South 33°19' 58" West 83 .79 feet;
Thence South 05°50' 28" West 54.75 feet to the True
Point of Beginning on the Northeasterly right-of-way
line of the new county road;
Thence North 58°15' 57" West 303. 29 feet;
Thence North 83°32 ' 24" West 105. 01 feet;
Thence South 03°03 '14" East 18 .46 feet;
Thence South 58°15' 57" East 416. 51 feet;
Thence North 05°50' 28" East 66.10 feet to the True
Point of Beginning.
The above described tract contains 0.399 acres,
more or less, and consists of a 60 foot wide right-
of way for the new county road as it now exists, and
shown on Recorded map or plat as Tract #7.
and,
WHEREAS, this parcel could be of beneficial use
to District #1 of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board feels it to be in the best
interests of the County to accept said parcel of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that it does
hereby accept said parcel of land described above from
Monfort of Colorado, Inc.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
24th day of December, 1975.

2. Great Western Sugar Company to Monfort of Colorado, Inc. , Tract 3.
3. Great Western Sugar Company to The County of Weld, Tract 6.
After conference with Mr. Billings and Mr. Robert Sanborn, who was factory
manager at Greeley when these changes were originated, we have transferred
these properties in accordance with Mr. Sanborn's agreement.
