RE : AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TQ SIGN REQUEST FOR TREASURER' S DEED :
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer has submitted the
following list of Treasurer ' s Certificates of Purchase cover-
ing properties on which Treasurer ' s Deeds can now be issued,
to-wit:

1, Buckingham
County Certificate Number 106/1972 - Und 1/8 int
Aoil, gas and minerals in SE4, Section 26 , Township 5, Range 61
County Certificate Number 205/1972 - Lot 7 , Block
16 , Erie
County Certificate Number 370/1972 - Lots 1 to 3 ,
Block 2, Buckingham
County Certificate Number 376/1972 - Lots 10,11 , 12,
Block 18, Carr
County Certificate Number 382/1972 - Lot 3 NWaNE4,

and
WHEREAS, the County is desirous of obtaining deeds in
order that the property can be sold, thereby returning said pro-
perties to the tax roll.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners , Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman be and he
is hereby authorized to sign the request for Treasurer' s Deeds
conveying the aforementioned parcels of land.
The above and foregoing resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this 3rd day
of May , 1976.
