The Department of Planning Services met with you on March 27, 2009 re: the installation of a compressor
and metal framed portable building (covering the compressor) at the Kersey Compressor Station Facility
(USR-625). At that meeting you had indicated that the compressor was temporary and would remain on
site for 6 -months or less. The Department of Planning Services has determined that this would not be a
substantial change to the existing facility and an Amended Use by Special Review Permit would not be
required.

By signing this letter you acknowledge that the compressor will remain on site for 6 months or less and if
the compressor remains for longer than B months on the site an Amended Use by Special Review
application will be required.
