RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING REVISIONS TO FEE SCHEDULE FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH FEES COLLECTED BY THE WELD COUNTY
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with revisions to the fee schedule for the
Environmental Health fees collected by the Weld County Department of Public Health and
Environment, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to continue the matter to
November 16, 2009, in order to allow time for a work session to be conducted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the consideration of the revised fee schedule for the Environmental Health
fees collected by the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment, be, and hereby is,
continued to November 16, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 2nd day of November, A.D., 2009.
