RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE
SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gary Sandau be reappointed to said board as
a Fire Protection County appointee, and that Dave Bressler be appointed to said board, to replace
Rod Deroo, as an Emergency Medical Service County appointee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Gary Sandau and to appoint Dave
Bressler to said board, both with terms to expire January 11, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Gary Sandau be, and hereby is, reappointed, and that Dave Bressler, be
and hereby is, appointed to the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board, both with
terms to expire January 11, 2011.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of January, A.D., 2009.
