RE: APPROVAL OF GAS AND OIL DIVISION ORDER FOR LAJET, INC. ,
P. O. BOX 5198 , ABILENE, TEXAS 79605 AND AUTHORIZATION
FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE SAME.

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,

Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
o Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado is the holder of a certain
lease with LaJet, Inc. Said lease covers land more particularly

`' described as follows, to-wit:
The Northwest Quarter Southeast Quarter and
the Southwest Quarter Southwest Quarter of
Section 27, Township 7 North, Range 67 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, LaJet, Inc. has submitted a Gas and Oil Division
Order on the subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that said Board does hereby
approve the Gas and Oil Division Order for LaJet, Inc. and further
authorizes the Chairman of the Board to sign the same.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 31st day of
December, A.D. , 1979.

liability, the proceeds of all oil received by you hereunder until indemnity satisfactory to you has been furnished or until such claim or controversy has been
settled to your satisfaction. In the event any action or suit is filed in any court affecting the title either to the real property above described or to the oil pro-
duced therefrom in which any of the owners are parties, written notice of the filing of said action or suit shall be immediately furnished to you by such owner
against whom such action or suit is commenced, stating the court in which same is filed and the title of such action or suit. Each owner agrees to hold you harm-
less and to protect and indemnify you and/or any carrier transporting oil for your account from, against and for any loss or expense oil which yo the u and/or such carrier
may suffer or sustain or become liable for by reason of your purchase hereunder of sated owner's
