RE: ADOPTION OF SIGN MAKING POLICY FOR WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado desires to declare and implement a policy regarding
the making of signs for non-county entities , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that the said policy read
as follows:
"The County sign shop shall produce signs only for
Weld County, for subdivisions, and for unincorporated
areas and unincorporated towns. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above and foregoing
policy in regard to the making of signs by the Weld County sign
shop, be and hereby is, adopted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
June, A.D. , 1978.
