RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING AGREEMENT FOR TAX INCENTIVE PAYMENTS
- AVA SOLAR, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Agreement for Tax Incentive Payments
for AVA Solar, Inc., and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 27th day of April, 2009, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to May 20, 2009, to allow AVA
Solar, Inc.'s attorney adequate time to review the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 20, 2009,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 27th day of April, A.D., 2009.
