Business at the Annual Meeting
Briggsdale Water Company members may appoint a proxy using this official Briggsdale
Water Company Proxy Request.
Signed proxy forms must be submitted by mail or in person to Ken Krise,
Secretary/Treasurer of the Briggsdale Water Company. Signed proxy forms must be
received by Saturday, February 7, 2009. One vote will be allowed per water tap.
If you choose to participate by proxy, please choose one of the current board members to
vote your proxy. Current board members are:

Art Milner
Ken Krise

above.

The annual meeting of the Briggsdale Water Company will be held February 10,
2009 at 7:00 P.M. at the Briggsdale School Cafetorium. It is vitally important that
all tap owners attend this meeting. Items to be discussed at this meeting include, but
are not limited to:
Changes in bylaws on payment of water bill
Should property owners be responsible for renters delinquent bills
Election of officers for the year 2009.
If you find it impossible to be at this meeting, you are asked to submit a proxy form,
so that important business may be conducted. One proxy per tap is included in this
meeting notice. One vote will be allowed per tap. For business to be transacted, a
quorum of 1/3 of the tap owners must be represented either by proxy or in person.
The deadline for the return of the proxy votes is February 7th.
