RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF STEVEN EDSTROM TO FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Steven Edstrom be appointed to said board as
the representative, to replace Jordan Kreutzer, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Steven Edstrom to said board, with
a term to expire September 30, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Steven Edstrom be, and hereby is, appointed to the Fair Board, with term
to expire September 30, 2010.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 20th day of April, A.D., 2009.
