hearing by Weld County Planning Commission. A hearing on Colorado Interstate
Gas Company's "Amended USR-85" its Cheyenne Compressor Station, an existing
high pressure natural gas transmission facility.
Effected Properties: ALL of Section 5, Township 11 North, Range 66 West,
Weld County, Colorado.

Colorado Interstate Gas Company (CIG) is currently in the review process of its existing
Cheyenne Compressor Station natural gas transmission faculty. This process requires 30
day notification to subsurface mineral interest holders of the pending hearing. Colorado
Interstate Gas has been informed the hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3,
2009 at the Weld County Planning Department (918 10th Street in Greeley) the time is
1:30 pm.
If you have any questions regarding this project or any of the information contained herein,
