of the County of Weld and State of Colorado, of the first part, and

Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of

I am It receirt of your letter erd .;uit-clam: deed

south side of the northwest quarter of section 9, Township

referred to:

I presume that L. C. and E. Mead owned the north
helf of section 8 and the northwest quarter of section 9
at the time above referred to. I `. appe►:.rs according to
this deed that the county now has title to a strip of land
sixty feet in width along the line described therein.

and if you have any further suggestions 1 will be glad to pre-
sent them to the Bocrd fel consideration.
