RE: AUTHORIZATION OF THE COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL COUNTY
CERTIFICATE NO. 287 OF THE 1973 TAX SALE AND WAS ISSUED
TO THE COUNTY FOR THE TAXES OF 1972 WITH THE 1973 , 1974
AND 1975 TAXES ENDORSED THEREON, ON IMPROVEMENTS ONLY OF
LOT 2, GREELEY VILLAGE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet,
has requested authorization to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate
No. 287 of the 1973 tax sale and was issued to the County for
the taxes of 1972 with the 1973, 1974 and 1975 taxes endorsed
thereon, on improvements only of Lot 2, Greeley Village, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, believes it to be in the best interests of the County
to cancel said Tax Sale Certificate as requested by the County
Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Weld County Treasurer,
Francis M. Loustalet, be and hereby is authorized to cancel
County Tax Sale Certificate No. 287 of the 1973 tax sale which was
issued to the County for the taxes of 1972 with the 1973, 1974 and
1975 taxes endorsed thereon, on improvements only of Lot 2,
Greeley Village.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
July, A.D. , 1977.
