RE: DECLARE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND APPROVE SALE OF
SAME AT AUCTION WITH ROLLER AND ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, State statute and the Weld County Code require that all items disposed of be
declared surplus by the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the County has determined that certain equipment, as described in Exhibit A,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is no longer required for
County use, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to declare said equipment as
surplus and authorize the sale of same at the next scheduled Roller and Associates auction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that certain equipment, as described in Exhibit A, be, and hereby is, declared
as surplus.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the sale of said equipment at the next
scheduled Roller and Associates auction be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 6th day of July, A.D., 2009.

the Adams fair grounds. Per your decision, the units listed below will be going to this auction.

15830014 — department 3270/ 1990 loader Caterpillar /model: 966E/serial# - 99Y06811
Roller disks — department 3230/ spoke with Duane N., disks do not have equipment numbers
Hobart Welder, generator/ department 3230/ spoke with Duane N. In bridge and this welder does not have equipment number,
serial number has been rubbed off and is no longer visible.
Barb, these are the units that we show leaving in July. Please let me know if 1 am missing equipment.
