The historic storm water flows across the property to the east. We have a 1% to 3% slope to the east. As it rains the water flows to the east across the property to the ditch that runs along county road 398. There is no storm water that flows onto the property from any outside source. The application of our business has not and will not effect these historic water flows and we will maintain this historic water flow. We have no dust on property other than when the road and parking area is groomed. W do this as it is raining or shortly after it has rained to prevent dust.
