The assessors office blind sighted us with an astronomical evaluation in 2007. We want a chance to be heard to explain our position and let it be known that we are always willing to pay our fare amount of taxes, but this is way out of line. Enclosed is a recent article printed in our local newspaper dated Sept. 5, 2009. This clearly helps point out why our building has an 87.5 percent vacancy rate on the second floor since the building was built.
