RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO NOXIOUS WEED
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that David Droegemueller be appointed to said
board, to replace Guy Grigsby; that Toby Kirsch be appointed to said board, to replace Scott Pruett;
and that Kristine Meiring be appointed to said board, to replace Frederick Hepner, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Doug Printz and Robert Sencenbaugh be
reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint David Droegemueller and Toby Kirsch,
both with terms to expire August 19, 2010, to appoint Kristine Meiring with a term to expire
August 19, 2012, and to reappoint Doug Printz and Robert Sencenbaugh, to said board, both with
terms to expire August 19, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that David Droegemueller, Toby Kirsch, and Kristine Meiring, be, and hereby
are, appointed to the Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board, and that Doug Printz and Robert
Sencenbaugh be, and hereby are, reappointed to said board, all with terms to expire as previously
indicated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 23rd day of September, A.D., 2009.
