RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION
ZCV #0900194 AGAINST TRI-COUNTY REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION, LLC, FOR
VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Tri-County Real Estate Acquisition, LLC, ZCV #0900194, is allegedly in
violation of the Weld County Code, and
WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has
not been corrected, and
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of November, 2009, a public hearing was held before the
Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and
WHEREAS, Tony Finley, property owner, and Frank Visciano, legal representative, were
present at said hearing,
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue said matter until February 10, 2010,
in order to allow staff adequate time to research the matter and to allow adequate time for the
property owner to develop a plan to reduce the metal debris pile.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that ZCV #0900194 be, and hereby is, continued until February 10, 2010, to
allow adequate time for the property owner to be notified of the violation hearing date.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
