RE: APPOINTMENT OF SAM BARCLAY AS A MEMBER OF THE UNIFORM
BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS.
WHEREAS, the Weld County Uniform Building Code Board of
Appeals consists of five (5) members as provided by a Resolution
dated September 25, 1974 , and
WHEREAS, there is now a vacancy on said Board due to the
expiration of the term on said Board of Harold G. Evans, whose
term expired December 31, 1976 , and
WHEREAS, Sam Barclay of 13017 Weld County Road Number 30 ,
Platteville, Colorado 80651 has been recommended as a fit and
proper person to be appointed to said Board for a term to expire
December 31, 1979 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Sam Barclay be and
hereby is appointed to serve as a member of the Weld County
Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals for a term to expire Dec-
ember 31, 1979 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day
of January, A.D. , 1977 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the Record
and signed on the 12th day of January, A.D. , 1977
