See the attached. Version that is highlighted and stricken is from the WCSO. I did a
clean-up version that is attached. They sent me and the Commissioners some hard -copy
written materials that I will bring down. We had a work session with the Board about
this. There seems to be support for us to get this going as a Code amendment. Please
