The potential noncompliance(s) with the Weld County Code are as follow: as we have previously discussed, the presence of a NONCOMMERCIAL JUNKYARD is not an allowed use when visible. All DERELICT VEHICLES, appliances, furniture and miscellaneous debris shall be removed, restored or completely SCREENED from all adjacent properties and public rights -of -ways. Any Household Trash shall be removed from the site as screening is not an option for refuse. I have also noted that the mobile home has delapidated to a condition which appears to validate the presence of a DERELICT MOBILE HOME. This is not an allowed use in the Agricultural Zone District.
