RE: HEARING TO OBTAIN PUBLIC INPUT REGARDING CHANGING THE BOUNDARY LINES
OF COMMISSIONER DISTRICTS IN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
A public hearing was conducted on June 1, 2009, at 9:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner William F. Garcia, Chair
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Sean P. Conway
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Commissioner David E. Long
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Elizabeth Strong
County Attorney, Bruce Barker
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated May 22, 2009, and duly published May 29, 2009, in the
Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to obtain public input regarding changing the
boundary lines of Commissioner Districts in Weld County, Colorado. Bruce Barker, County Attorney,
made this a matter of record, and stated the Board will schedule a hearing to consider adopting the
Resolution for another date, at least thirty days in the future.
No public input was provided concerning this matter.
Commissioner Conway moved to publish notice of hearing for July 1, 2009, at which the time the
Board will consider changing the boundary lines of the Commissioner Districts, as indicated in
Plan B. Commissioner Long seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.
Chair Garcia adjourned the hearing at 9:47 a.m.

The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, will consider changing the
boundary lines of Commissioner Districts in Weld County Colorado, and wishes to hold a public
hearing to receive input from the public regarding this matter. The hearing will be held on June 1,
2009, at 9:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th Street, First Floor, Greeley, Colorado, at the
time specified. A copy of the map showing the proposed Commissioner Districts Weld may be
examined in the office of the Clerk to the Board, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631. Written
comments are also welcome and must be received prior to June 1, 2009, in the office of the Clerk to
the Board, P.O. Box 758, Greeley, Colorado 80632. To ensure inclusion of E -Mail correspondence
