RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY ASSEMBLY TO
FRANK'S RIDE FOR CHILDREN, CIO GREG RISEDORF - MAY 17, 2009
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Frank's Ride for Children, c/o Greg Risedorf, P.O. Box 327, Mead, Colorado
80542, has presented the Board of County Commissioners with an application for a Permit for
Temporary Assembly on land within the unincorporated portion of the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, to be held from 6:00 a.m., until 10:00 p.m., on May 17, 2009, on property described as
follows:
Anderson Farms, 6728 County Road 3.25, Erie,
Colorado 80516; being further described as part of
Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 20th day of April, 2009, at which
time the Board deemed it appropriate to continue the matter to May 4, 2009, at 9:00 a.m., to allow
time for Anderson Farms to obtain the necessary permits, with the option of the Board being able
to consider the matter earlier if the necessary steps are taken prior to May 4, 2009, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 4, 2009,
at 9:00 a.m., with the option of the Board being able to consider the matter earlier if the necessary
steps are taken prior to May 4, 2009
