A. Select up to 16 individuals for training for the above referenced class
B. Pay $480.00 (4 X $160.00 = $480.00) to Aims for MS Office 2007 Training
C. Pay $262.40 (8 X 32.80 = $262.40) for 8 text: `Welcome o Microsoft 2007', authored by Jill
Murphy. ISBN: 1-59136-169-9
D. Pay in full at the time of billing the total of $742.40.
If your organization requires a purchase order for processing the invoice after completion
of training please include purchase order when returning a signed and dated copy of the
attached agreement.
Agreement shall be signed by a authorized County Commissioner and returned to Aims in the
enclosed self addressed stamped envelope. Please furnish the Commissioner's name clearly
printed or typed.
In witness, whereof, the parties hereto have executed this agreement this 18th day of May, 2009.

agreement.
