This is to notify you,as per Item 3 of the resolution approving
our Special Use Permit dated January 22,1975, that our extraction
operation and reclamation has been completed on the Gary Jeffers
property located in the N.E.' of the N.E.-1 Sec.8,T. 5N., R.67W.
We hereby relinquish our Special Use Permit and request that
you notify any other concerned County agencies.

Sorry this has taken so long to get back to you.
As of January 22, 1975, the area described as a portion of the
NE4 Section 8, Township 5 North, Range 67 West lying north and
west of the GW Railroad Right-of-way, Weld County is zoned
Agricultural and the mining of soil is permitted herein. Heard
by the County Commissioners on January 13, 1975 and approved.
