Mr. and Mrs. Sandberg sold the 45. 5 acre parcel to Mr. and Mrs. Calvin. Mr. Sandberg now wishes to retire and sell the remainder of the quarter section (108 . 275 acres) to Mr. and Mrs. Calvin. Mr. and Mrs. Sandberg wish to retain a 3. 332 acre parcel which contains their resi- dence. The Subdivision Exemption would tie the 45. 5 acre parcel to the 108. 275 acre parcel as one lot for further develop- ment. No new lots are being created by this request.
