Noble Energy Inc. ("Noble') has visited with Mr. Wayne Harsh concerning the location of storage
containers on the captioned property. Pursuant to entering into Surface Use Agreement dated June 15tl''
2007 and recorded at reception #3488051 of the Weld County Public Records ("SUA"), Noble has
determined that the subject containers are not located within Noble's oil and gas operations areas, more
specifically defined under the SUA, and therefore do not have an immediate adverse impact on Noble's
