RE: APPOINTMENT TO FILL VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF
WELD COUNTY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4-4 (b) of the Weld County
Home Rule Charter, the Board of Adjustment shall _consist -of
nine (9) members, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists in District Number Six by
reason of the expiration of the term of membership on said Board
of Adjustment of Ray Sarchet of Fort Lupton, Colorado 50621, whose
term expired December 31, 1976 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that Homer Warren of
1958 Weld County Road 65, Keenesburg, Colorado 80643 be appointed
to membership on said Board of Adjustment for a three (3) year
term to expire on December 31, 1979 to represent District Number
Six on said Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Homer Warren be and
hereby is appointed to serve on the Board of Adjustment for a
three (3) year term to expire on December 31, 1979 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day
of January, A.D. , 197-7.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 17th day of January, A.D. , 1977.
