RE: AUTHORIZATION OF SIGNATURE ON BEHALF OF ACCOUNTING DEPART-
MENT FOR WATTENBERG PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners , that due to the United States Department
of Housing and Urban Development regulations , authorization of a
signature on behalf of the Weld County Department of Accounting
is required, and
WHEREAS, after consideration of the matter, the Board of
County Commissioners has determined that Sherri Wilson's (Housing
Rehabilitation Officer for the Wattenberg Project) signature must
be authorized for the Wattenberg Community Development project
payments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that authorization , as afore-
mentioned, be and hereby is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
May, A.D. , 1978 .

Trustee for HUD Progam
Dear Ms. Wilson,
The Platte Valley Bank of Weld County appreciates the opportunity of
being trustee for the HUD program accounts. We look forward to work-
ing with you and your staff.
A checking account will be opened for each applicant that has been
approved. The applicant or applicants must come into the bank, as
well as the designated party or parties empowered by the Board of
County Commissioners as representatives to complete the required
signature. cards. A sample of the card is enclosed.
Funds will be disbursed only upon recommendation of Authorization of
Payment from designated administrator. All parties authorized on the
signature card must sign each check issued for the authorized payment.
It is our understanding that the funds are disbursed as follows:
50% of grant upon 80% completion
80% of grant upon 100% sompletion
100% of grant upon final inspection
