RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION
BCV #0900072 AGAINST LEROY AND DONNA WEINMAN FOR VIOLATION OF THE
WELD COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Leroy and Donna Weinman, ZCV #0900072, are allegedly in violation of the
Weld County Code, and
WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has
not been corrected, and
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of June, 2009, a public hearing was held before the Board of
County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and
WHEREAS, Leroy and Donna Weinman, property owners, were present at said hearing,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to continue said
violation until September 16, 2009, to allow adequate time for the property owners to contact
Human Services and inquire into housing and financial aid for their daughter and her family, to
remedy this situation. Also, the camper trailer must dump the waste tanks every two (2) weeks for
as long as it is needed, up to the above date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that ZCV #0900072 be, and hereby is, continued until September 16, 2009, to
allow adequate time for the property owners to contact Human Services to inquire into housing and
financial aid programs to remedy this situation, with the understanding the camper trailer must
empty the waste tanks every two (2) weeks.
