RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION #4963 - JOURNEY
VENTURES, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 30th day
of November, 2009, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of
hearing the application of Journey Ventures, LLC, P.O. Box 129, Greeley, Colorado 80632, c/o
J and T Consulting, 1400 West 122nd Avenue, Suite 120, Westminster, Colorado 80234, for
Recorded Exemption #4963 for property which is located on the following described real estate,
to -wit:
Lot B of Recorded Exemption #4744; being part of
the SE1/4 of Section 7, Township 5 North, Range
64 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of
those present, reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, deemed it
advisable to continue this matter to December 9, 2009, at 9:00 a.m., to allow the applicant and
staff adequate time to negotiate the terms of a separate Road Right -of -Way Agreement and
finalize proposed language for Conditions of Approval #3.F and #3.H.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to December 9,
2009, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of November, A.D., 2009.
