RE: AUTHORIZATION OF WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO ISSUE TAX DEEDS
ON CERTAIN PARCELS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioers of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer, has
requested permission to issue tax deeds on County Certificates
Number 24 , 112 , 115 , 168 , 171, 229 , 235 , 237 , 293 , 308 , 371 , 432 ,
451 , 503 , 513 , 711, 719, 780 , 781 , 783 , and 784/1974 , and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, deem it advisable and in the best interest of Weld County
to authorize Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer to issue
tax deeds on said parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Francis M. Loustalet,
Weld County Treasurer, be and hereby is authorized to issue tax
deeds on County Certificates Number 24 , 112 , 115, 168 , 171 , 229 ,
235, 237 , 293 , 308, 371 , 432 , 451 , 503 , 513 , 711, 719 , 780 , 781 ,
783 , and 784/1974 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
March, A.D. , 1978 .
