RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ROGER VIGIL AS INTERIM WELD COUNTY
BUILDING OFFICIAL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on July 13, 2009, by Resolution #2009-1585, the Board appointed Kim Ogle
as the Weld County Building Official on an interim basis, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Roger Vigil as the Interim Weld
County Building Official to replace Kim Ogle.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Roger Vigil be, and hereby is, appointed as the Interim Weld
County Building Official.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 19th day of August, A.D., 2009.
