RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Area Agency on Aging, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that George Conger be appointed to said board to
replace Jacqueline Crick, with a term to expire January 31, 2010; that Linda Kautz be appointed to
replace Nancy Meek, with a term to expire January 31, 2010; that Dona Mason be appointed to
replace Don Beierbach, with a term to expire January 31, 2011; and that Kynda Wolfrum be
appointed to replace Betty Jones, with a term to expire January 31, 2011, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint George Conger to said board to replace
Jacqueline Crick, with a term to expire January 31, 2010; that Linda Kautz be appointed to replace
Nancy Meek, with a term to expire January 31, 2010; that Dona Mason be appointed to replace Don
Beierbach, with a term to expire January 31, 2011; and that Kynda Wolfrum be appointed to replace
Betty Jones, with a term to expire January 31, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that George Conger, Linda Kautz, Dona Mason, and Kynda Wolfrum be, and
hereby are, appointed to the Area Agency on Aging, with terms to expire January 31, 2010, and
January 31, 2011, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of December, A.D., 2009.
