RE: AUTHORIZE CERTAIN WELD COUNTY OFFICIALS TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE SAFE
DEPOSIT BOX AT CHASE BANK - GREELEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the County of Weld rents a safe deposit box from Chase Bank, 822 7th Street,
Greeley, Colorado 80631, for the purpose of storing documents, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board to designate certain County officers and employees
to have access to said safe deposit box, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Monica Daniels -Mika, Director of Finance and Administration; Bruce Barker,
County Attorney; and Esther Gesick, Donna Bechler, and Jennifer VanEgdom, Deputy Clerks to the
Board, be, and hereby are designated as the Weld County officials who are to have access to the
safe deposit box, rented by the County of Weld from Chase Bank - Greeley.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Resolution dated October 17, 2007,
designating certain County officers and employees to have access to said safe deposit box be and
hereby is, superceded, effective December 16, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 16th day of December, A.D., 2009.
