Unimproved lots at rear of home uIhich is huilti on lib lots fronting
on 25th Avenue. The two Tote above are adjacent to each other, are
approximately the same size. One is in Cottonwood addition and the
ether in Rolling Hills addition. I feel they should always have been
combined and taxed with my home as our home is Mold on 315 lots which
was necessary due to the small size of the original lets in hnth
Cnttnniinnd and Rolling Hills. They are in nrade(and are landscaped right
in with our home. They are not for sale for future development as we wou
have neighbors right at our hack door. Their actual present and future
economic value is nil. Below is a history of the taxes nn these two lot. .
Please note the extreme inconsistv^/of the taxation, at times one lot much
higher thip the other then the revbrse. se

RESOLUTION OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS, The County Commissioners of Weld County,
State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the men —.tbysg day of
March , A. D. 19 77 , at which meeting there were present the following members:

notice of such meeting and an opportunity to be present having been given to the Assessor of said County and
said Assessor Herbert Hansen being present; and
WHEREAS, The said County Commissioners have carefully considered the within application, and
are fully advised in relation thereto,

(, Taxes on 2 lets noted below for varinus years to shrw extreme
incnnsis t+9 fnr taxation. Actually they are what are classed
as unimproved lots because they are part of the 3* lots where
my home is located, all included in one landscape and lawn plan,
sprinklers installed as complete unit. I feel nll should be
included with assessment and taxation on my home which is
described as Greeley CALL-11 L11-281k 11 Cottonwood Village,
1874 26th Avenue. About 1/2 of one of the lots described above
has been sold to Norman Dean fnr his new home to the North.
